Dowe II, Morgann Pollard, Rufus Shirley Dowe III, Donna and Ashleigh Kristen Dowe Brown; her great grandchildren, Rufus Shirley Dowe IV "Courtney", Jordi Dowe, Nadaliah Pollard and Harper Brown; her siblings, Professor Ruby Sparrow Wells and Reverend Cleveland B. Sparrow, Sr. (Joyce); and her siblings-in-law, Alfred "Skeet" Dowe, Douglas "Pete" Dowe (Lillie) and Marvelean Sparrow. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
