In the sacred silence of farewell, Annabelle is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Annabelle's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Lee and Lura Lee; and her husband David "Buck" Staples. She is survived by: her son David Staples; her grandsons, Michael Staples and Drake Asberry; and her great grandchild Emery Staples.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oakey's North Chapel (6732 Peters Creek Rd, Hollins, VA 24019). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
