It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Berton D. Davis of Roanoke, Virginia, who passed away on July 12, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Martin Isaac Dalton; her husband Buford F. Davis; her brother Colney I. Dalton; and her son-in-law Thomas E. Primm. She is survived by: her children, Anita D. Fizer (Coby), Cynthia Primm and B. Allen Davis (Tammy); her grandchildren, Candice D. Draper (Jeremy), Jacob A. Davis (Casey) and India A. Fizer (Rodney Poff); her great grandchildren, Aaron Draper, Owen Draper and Amelia Davis; her sister Hazel D. Covey (Pulaski); her brother-in-law Larry Davis (Roanoke Many); and her close friend Kathy Surber. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and extended family.
