He is survived by: his wife Elsie Pillow; his daughters, Pamela Pillow and Michelle Marshall (Darryl); and his grandson Brandon Marshall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Simpson Funeral Home (5160 Peters Creek Rd, Roanoke, VA 24019). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
