He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Johnson and Myra Johnson; his siblings, Carl Melton Johnson and Carolyn Johnson Paxton; and his nephew Marcus Paxton.
He is survived by: his daughter April Arnold; his sister Genalvin Johnson; his close friend Alisha Day; and his friends, Latasha Day and Sophia Bryant.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the DuPont Chapel-Hollins University (7980 E Campus Dr, Roanoke, VA 24020).
