She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Burns and Dorothy Burns; her husband Carl Burke; her daughter Susan Burke; and her brothers, Lloyd and Hugh Burns.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Burke Lingenfelter and David Burke; her granddaughters, Jackie Burke Schmersahl and Carrie Burke; and her great grandchild Freddie Schmersahl.
