He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wayne Via and India Donahue Schell. He is survived by: his sister Dianna Via-Dapena; his children, David W. Via, Shannon Law (Paul) and Stephanie Guercin (Richard); and his grandchildren, Jessica, Bailey, Jaylen, Jena, Hannah and Vincent. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
