He is survived by: his wife Deborah Muterspaugh Lowery; his children, Tony Lowery (Jackie), Robert Spangler (Alicia) and Danielle Conner (Devin); his grandchildren, Leigha (Paul), Elizabeth (Dakota), Ahlena (Trevor), Kenna, Devin and Kyle (Kat); his great grandchildren, Skylar, Chael and Madeline; his siblings, Gary Lowery (Brenda), William Lowery and Rosetta; his niece Lynn Rogers (Ken); and his sisters, Patty (Jimmy), Debbie (Darryl), Jackie and Jeanetta. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
