With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cheryl Booth (Roanoke, Virginia), who passed away on July 18, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Cheryl leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Cheryl may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Chocklett and Alma Chocklett; her daughter Dawn M. Tyler; her granddaughter Kala Anne Adams; and her siblings, Glenn Wayne, Philip Chocklett and Susan Haywood.
She is survived by: her husband Barry L. Booth; her daughter Melissa L. Weiner (Dan Moretti); and her sister Barbara Wiggins (Doug). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Oakey's North Chapel (6732 Peters Creek Rd, Hollins, VA 24019).
