He is survived by : his parents, Tonya DeHart and Scott Puig; his brothers, Gavin and Ethan Puig; his grandparents, Al Puig, Carol, Gary Harper and Betty Thomas; his aunts, Melinda Kessler and Sonya DeHart; and his uncle Richard DeHart (Tammy). He is also survived by many cousins and close friends.
