She is survived by: her husband Garry Bowles of Roanoke; her daughters, Megan Bowles of Roanoke and Katie Law (Mark) of Snow Creek; her brother Barry Kilburn of Spokane, Washington; her grandchildren, Karter and Talan Law of Snow Creek; her nephew Nicholas Kilburn of Spokane Valley, Washington; her niece Sydnee Jacobs (Tyler) of Post Falls, Idaho; her great-nieces, Paige, Brynlee and Jaidyn Jacobs of Post Falls, Idaho; and her pet Charlotte.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Cindy's memory to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation or K9s For Warriors, organizations close to her heart.
