He was predeceased by: his father James Elwood "Woody" Bailey; his daughter Nikki Dione Bailey; his brother Thomas Aaron Rorrer; and his aunt Wanda "Cookie" Rorrer. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Bailey; his daughter Cortni Bailey Smith (Ben); his grandchildren, Greyson and Abigail; his mother Betty Bailey Rorrer (Jim) of Falls Mills; his brothers, James "Jimmy" Bailey (Cindy) of Falls Mills and Alex Rorrer (Gena) of Oshkosh, WI; his sister-in-law Toni Johnson; his nieces and nephews, Jarrod Bailey (Callista), Tommy, Frankie Rorrer, Kaila Taylor (Robbie) and Jessica Davis; his great-nieces, Kennedy, Willow and Harper; and his great-nephew Porter. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
