He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny McCulley and Beulah Caldwell; his wife Mary Sue Offenbacker Caldwell; and his sisters, Janice Jeffries and Doris Reynolds.
He is survived by: his son Zane Caldwell; his grandchildren, Regan Warner Clutter and David Reid Clutter; and his sisters, Linda Sartain (Bill) of Covington and Wanda Meritt of Gainesboro, TN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
