She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Averill and Virginia Averill; her sister Bonnie Wilbanks; and her brothers-in-law, Tom Walton and Michael Bourcier.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jim Averill (Darlene), Ric Averill (Jan), Sheryl Bourcier, Diane Walton and LouAnn Averill. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Oakey's Vinton Chapel (627 Hardy Rd, Vinton, VA 24179). A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
