With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Denise Marie Collins (Roanoke, Virginia), who passed away on May 21, 2023 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara Burdo and Frank Burns. She is survived by: her daughter Heather Collins of Jackson; her granddaughter Aurora Rose Collins of Jackson; her siblings, Kathleen Marreo (Luis) of Smyrna, Tennessee, Daniel Burns (Sandy) of Roanoke and Michael Burns of Buxton, Maine; and her sister-in-law Amy Golas (Steve) of Galax, Virginia. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and in-laws.
Her family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the ALS Foundation in the name of Denise Collins.
