He is survived by : his wife Nancy; his children, Timothy Sr. "Tim" Edwards (Barbie) of Chesapeake, VA, Rolanda Chapman of Roanoke, VA and Don Edwards (Colette) of Charlotte, NC.; his grandchildren, Tanea Ellerbee (Shawn), Dominique Edwards (Lindsay), Timothy Edwards Jr., James Chapman Jr., Terrell Edwards, Schaetia Chapman and Jamel Chapman; his siblings-in-law, Freddie Mills (Hazel) and Barbara Mills of Roanoke, VA; and his close friends, Jean Leftwich, James Bumbry and George "Bo" Harrison. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
