She is survived by : her son Chris Wright (Cienna); her stepdaughter Patra Philpott; her grandson Declan Wright; her siblings, Cindy Schenker, Toni Barrett and Steve Preston (Carolyn); her nieces and nephews, Brandi Hoyt (Robert), Josh Barrett (Monica), Drew Preston and Lindsay Brown; her great-nephews, Jacob Barrett and Gage Hoyt; and her great-niece Hailey Barrett.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oakey's South Chapel (4257 Brambleton Ave, Cave Spring, VA 24018). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
