Edna A. Williams Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 11, 2025, at the age of 94, Edna A. Williams of Roanoke, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Edna's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Edna's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eloise Shelor and Posey Shelor of Meadows; and her siblings, Glenn D. Shelor, Nancy S. Wynn, Susan E. Shelor, Joseph B. Shelor, Morgan L. Shelor and Alice S. Caldwell.
She is survived by: her son Rick Williams of Roanoke, VA; her granddaughters, Emily Williams of Richmond, VA and Abigail Furry; and her grandson-in-law Luke Furry. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Dan Baptist Church.
