He was predeceased by: his wife Cary Nelson Fox; his parents, Thomas Hubert Fox Jr. and Lucy Chiswell Heald Fox; and his brother Thomas Hubert Fox III. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Hubert Fox II (Reem), Ned (Lauren), TJ (Katherine), Trevor (Chelsea) and Cary Fox (Casy); his grandchildren, Preston and Grace; his children, Caperton Fox Campbell and Elizabeth Fox Ball (Dave); his grandchildren, Scooter and Stuart; and his great grandchildren, Lexi and Oliver.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tharp Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Spring Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
