She is survived by: her brother William S. Higginbotham (Janet Moles); her sister-in-law Lyndall W. Higginbotham; her niece Dana Higginbotham Tickle (Shawn); her nephew Robert Higginbotham (Madison); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Sylvia Tickle (Justin Carter), Julian Higginbotham (Laura), Aston Higginbotham and Piper Higginbotham; her husband George; and her brother Billy.

She gave generously to charity.
