With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elsie White of Roanoke, Virginia, who passed away on November 20, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William C. White; her siblings, Emerson Chumley, Gladys Mycek and Annie Harville; and her nephews, Edward Harville and Randy Harville.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Ruggles Dolan (Rick Dolan).
