He is survived by: his father Eric Keith Carter, Sr.; his significant other LaSharn Forrest; his children, Erika Holmes (Hawk), Eeliyah Carter, Kenesha Forrest, Desiree Gilbert and Darius Lee; his grandsons, Isaiah Turpin, Howard Jr. (Stitch), Manuel and Miguel Holmes; his siblings, Kimberly Carter and Keith Carter (Diana); his godmother Robesina Preston; his aunts, Belinda Terry, Carylon Hairston (Essex), Starr Coles, Deborah Terry and Gloria Carter; his uncle Ricky Terry (Karen); his cousins, Gordon (Don), Maurice Preston, Kristie Jordan (Brad), Ruth Preston (Dee Dee), Melissa Hairston (Missy), Anitra Smith (Sheree), LaShawn Terry, Lakesha Smith, Shawn Leftwich, Richard Jr. (Bae Bae), Michael and Ashley Terry; and his close friends, Rodney Barbour (Deborah) and Randy Wiggins.
