Evelyn leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Evelyn’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Craighead and Minnie Craighead; and her husband Stanley Randolph Ragland. She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Bradshaw (Edward Shotwell) and Catherine Flory (Daniel); her grandchildren, Steven Mabe (Tracy Newman) and Danielle Flory; and her great grandchild Daisy Mabe. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oakey's South Chapel (4257 Brambleton Ave, Cave Spring, VA 24018). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
