He was predeceased by: his mother Charlotte Kidwell; and his brothers, Ronnie Frye and Marvin Frye. He is survived by: his wife Constance Frye; his daughter Candy Surratt (Ross); his granddaughter Lily Surratt; his sister Sandi McAllister (Mike); and his caregiver Rikki McConnell.
