It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grady Winfield Baldwin of Roanoke, Virginia, who passed away on May 12, 2026, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Corbitt Baldwin and Effie Ione Poole; and his siblings, Mary Clark, Gladys Smith, Betty Goins, Ernestine Yow and James "Jake" Baldwin.
He is survived by: his wife Lydia Kimbler Baldwin; his children, William Wornom, Shane Baldwin (Maureen), Susan Bagley (Alan), Shawna Wiebold (Martin) and Michael Wornom (Sonya); and his brother Rudolph "Doc" Baldwin (Peggy Corley). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
The military honors will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Parklawn Memorial Park (2551 N Armistead Ave, Hampton, VA 23666).
