He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland and Josie Belle Griffith McCloud; and his siblings, John Turner McCloud, Alice C McCloud Justice and Nina D McCloud Turner.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Correll McCloud; his son Chris S McCloud; and his sister Norma Villars (Roland).

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oakey's North Chapel (6732 Peters Crk Rd NW, Roanoke, VA 24019). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens (5731 Airport Rd NW, Roanoke, VA 24012).
