She was predeceased by: her husband Judge Beverly Thomas Fitzpatrick; and her parents, Helen Chewning and Broaddus Chewning. She is survived by: her sons, Beverly T. Fitzpatrick, Jr. (Shirley), Broaddus Chewning Fitzpatrick (Luann) and Eric Estes Fitzpatrick; her grandchildren, B. T. Fitzpatrick III (Chasity) and Julia Abbath Church (Chris); her sons, Jamie Greenawalt (Luke Kennedy) and Kelsey Partin (Dan); and her great grandchildren, Austin, Kaitlyn Dickson, Harrison, Emery Church, Olympia, Penelope Greenawalt, Hank and Teddy Partin.
