She was predeceased by: her husband Jonas K. Quisenberry; and her sister Gerri Hardy. She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy (Lynnis Vernon) and Joni (Bill Mercer); her grandchildren, Christopher Mercer and Amanda Arrington (Justin); her great grandchild Owen Arrington; her brother Bobby Law; and her sisters-in-law, Peggy Johnson and Evelyn Quisenberry.
Per Irene's request there will be no visitation, no service and no flowers. Memorials may be made to the building fund at North Roanoke Baptist Church, 6402 Peters Creek Road, Roanoke, Va. 24019.
