He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Hickman and Ruth Hickman (Teter); and his sisters, June, Wanda Hickman and Shirley Caruso.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hickman; his sons, Bryan Hickman (Brooke) and Jonathan Hickman (Ada); his stepchildren, Jenna Loller Chapman (Damein) and Sayson Loller; his grandchildren, Brennan, Brianna, Bradley, Cora, Arianna, Gianna, Harlem and Crew; his sister Rebecca (Kenneth); and his sibling's child Fran Hickman.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Wounded Warrior Project, causes close to Jim's heart.
