She is survived by: her daughters, Kelli Cook (Jay) and Kristi Spence (Kevin); her grandchildren, Madison Smith (Colin), Morgan Cook, Kylind Spence, Marlee Cook and Owen Spence; and her sisters, Judy O'Dell, Vicki Novak, Debbie Akers and Lisa Dillon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
