She was predeceased by: her daughter Donna Vest Howell. She is survived by: her husband Edwin David Vest of Roanoke; her children, David Mead Vest (Carol) and Kimberly Vest Hardy; and her grandchildren, Holly Howell Tolbert, Ryan Jacob Howell, Samantha Michelle Howell, Sarita Miranda Howell, Sierra Grace Corbin, Olivia Rae Vest, Nathaniel Hardy (Eleanor) and Naomi Hardy (Oliver). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oakey's North Chapel (6732 Peters Creek Rd, Hollins, VA 24019). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
