He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie P. Bellflowers and Charlotte R. Bellflowers; his sister Gale Bellflowers; his nephew Christopher Nichols; and his uncle Carl T. Terry.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Bellflowers; his children, Jeffrey Bellflowers and Ashley Mayhew (Luke); his grandsons, Tyler Bellflowers, Justin Mayhew, Payton Mayhew and Sawyer Mayhew; and his brothers, Jessie Bellflowers, Terry Bellflowers and William Todd Bellflowers.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Simpson Funeral Home & Crematory (5160 Peters Creek Rd, Roanoke, VA 24019). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
