He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Noel; his sons, Keith Noell and Bryant Noell (Lori); his brothers, Danny Noell (Sheila) and Ronnie Noell (Karen); his brother-in-law Richard Cyrus (Angela); his niece Jessica Handy (Scott); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nathanial and Kayleigh.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Vinton Chapel (627 Hardy Rd, Vinton, VA 24179).
