She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred A. Duncan Sr. and Avalee Duncan Atkins; her stepfather Munsey Atkins; her son David; her sister Mary Ellen Williams Carneal; her former husband Richard Williams; and her sisters, Jean Jamison (Jerry Jamison) and Patricia Dickenson (John Dickenson Sr.).
She is survived by: her husband Arthur Winters; her son Harvey Howell (LouAnn); her grandson Corey Howell; her former husband Glen Howell; her brother Fred A. Duncan Jr. (Patricia); and her brother-in-law Rocky Carneal.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
