He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Moore and Frances Moore; and his sisters, Rosemarie Rendulic and Connie Temple. He is survived by: his wife Joan Dooley Moore; his children, Erin Cash (Philip), Kasey Moore and Jack Moore; and his granddaughter Kira Pierce. He is also survived by nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends.
