It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine Richardson of Roanoke, Virginia, who passed away on May 29, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Josephine Richardson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Manno and Catherine Manno; her siblings, Frances, Leo, Frank, Joseph, William and John; and her grandson Zachary Stephen Weatherman.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Richardson (Rose) of Collinsville and Jean Weatherman (Stephen) of Roanoke; her niece Fran Slater (Darryl); and her nephews, Andrew and Danny Manno. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Irwin Chapel (3960 Maryville Rd, Granite City, IL 62040). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Family Church (2606 Washington Ave, Granite City, IL 62040).
