She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur B. Sneed. She is survived by: her children, Bradley T. Sneed and Emily S. Beckett (Sam); and her grandchildren, Kelly White (Mike), Cory Sneed, Lauren Moreno (Hector) and Andrew Brooks (Jordan).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Joyce's name to Belmont Christian Church 1101 Jamison Ave SE Roanoke, Virginia 24013.
