He is survived by: his wife Donna Johnson; his daughter Ashley Sylvester (Nickolaus); his granddaughters, Vittoria Sylvester (Tori) and Aliza Sylvester; his siblings-in-law, Sherry Kelley and Thomas Kelley (Tommy); and his nephew Stuart Kelley.
