Caldwell (Christine) and David A. Caldwell (Dawn); and his grandchildren, Chase A. Caldwell and Brianna Larkin Caldwell.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorials be made to the Alzheimer's and Dementia Foundation or to Melrose Baptist Church.
