He was predeceased by: his former wife Carolyn Elizabeth Stinnett Carney; his son Nicholas Carney; and his parents, Ray Carney and Nellie Webster Carney. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Moore Smith; and his caregiver Marlena Hunt.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oakey's North Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
