She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Kent Wade and Leonora Louise McKay; and her close friend Phyllis DiMaurizi. She is survived by: her husband John Pharis; her daughter Virginia Pharis; her son-in-law Matthew Golub; her grandson Emmett Pharis-Golub; and her brother-in-law Karl Pharis (Laura Pharis). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
