She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Clifford Dean; and her parents, Alta Lowe and Verna Lowe. She is survived by: her children, Donna Dean Hodges (Robert), Paul Vernan Dean (Diane), Doris Louise Roberts (Michael) and Terri Lynne Walls. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and 12 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Simpson Funeral Home (5160 Peters Creek Rd, Roanoke, VA 24019). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
