He is survived by: his wife Helen Young Collins; his children, Sandra Kay Collins (Dan Comstock), Regina Collins Jones (David) and Nathan A. Collins; his grandchildren, Kristal, Chad, Kasey Adams and Paige Coe; his great grandchild Maxwell Adams Jackson; and his sisters, Mildred Pruett, Margaret Gray, Joyce Dehart, Judy McDaniel and Gladys Beckner.
