He was predeceased by: his parents, Dharam "Sydney" Dial and Rajedai "Helen" Dharmadial of Brooklyn, NY.. He is survived by: his significant other Beckie Simmons; his children, Michael DeSouza of New Jersey, Michele DeSouza of Garland, Ariyah Chambers of Raleigh, NC and Mark DeSouza of Chapin, SC; and his siblings, Elsa Siddiqui and Amar Dyal. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
