Odette Nassif Abdul-Karim Obituary
We announce the death of Odette Nassif Abdul-Karim of Roanoke, Virginia, who passed away on September 16, 2026, at the age of 92. Odette will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Halim; her daughter Katia; her parents, Esber and Cicilia; her siblings, Amine, Farid and Lousette; and her daughters-in-law, Robin and Donna.
She is survived by: her children, Gaby (Robin), Claude, Nicolas and Naji (Michelle); her siblings-in-law, Leila, Samira, Nahil and Milad; her grandchildren, Halim, Keith, Cole, Keely, Andrew, Aaron and Robbie; and her nieces and nephews, Michel, Esber, Bernard, Daniel, Lana and Dina. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Oakey's South Chapel (4257 Brambleton Ave, Cave Spring, VA 24018). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church (30 Huntington Blvd NE, Roanoke, VA 24012).
