He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Jules Wade and Margorie Jennings Wade of Washington, DC.. He is survived by: his children, Paula Wade of Salem, Virginia and Michael; his daughter-in-law Karen Wade of Fincastle, Virginia.; his grandchildren, Silas William Wade of Anchorage, Alaska, Tyler Cook of Roanoke, Virginia. and Samantha Wohleber; his stepdaughter Jacqueline Wohleber (David Wohleber) of Westlake, Ohio.; and his cousin Perry Caligan (Virgina) of Salem.
