She is survived by: her children, Denise Goodrum (Felix) of Roanoke and David Epperly (Sawsan) of Annandale, VA.; her grandchildren, Sophia, Peter, Olivia, Cecilia Epperly, Derek Cundiff (Christie) and Jon Reynolds (Leslie); her great grandchildren, Alex, Christian, Julia Cundiff, Anderson, June and Lillian Reynolds; and her sister-in-law Shelby Holden (Fred) of Kissimmee, FL..

The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to St. Elias Catholic Church, 4730 Cove Rd., NW, Roanoke, VA 24017 or to St. Jude's Children's Fund at https://www.stjude.org.

“Aunt Pauline was always on our mind. When we were young her moving in with brother Ferris & Louise made her our big sister. Taught us how to swim, dance and enjoy nearby beaches. Helped make our holidays important and better understand why moving from one school district to another was not easy. She and Dennis never missed visiting Madison street whenever travels from Virginia included the old neighborhood. On our mind and always with us.....rest in peace Aunt Pauline the Hatem boys. love u.”
