He was predeceased by: his parents, Su Van Dinh and Uyên Thi Mai; his son Thanh Dinh Thuy Dinh; and his brother Thep Đình. He is survived by: his children, Dao Dinh, Trung Dinh, Dung Dinh, Manh Dinh (Tuan), Hien Dinh (Trang) and Tram Dinh. He is also survived by his 6 daughters-in-law & son-in-law, 35 grandchildren & 26 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
