He was predeceased by: his parents, Louella Hunter and Richard A. Brizendine; and his brother Roger Brizendine. He is survived by: his wife Tracey Alene Brizendine; his sister-in-law Patty Lewis; his sibling's children, Michael Layne Brizendine (Lucy) and Stephaine Jo Sowers (Chris); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emma Sowers, Samantha Sowers, Sloane Brizendine, Reece Brizendine and Millie Brizendine.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oakey's South Chapel (4257 Brambleton Ave, Cave Spring, VA 24018).
