He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Price Flora and Lucy Z. Flora; and his sisters, Elizabeth Mae and Rebekah Josephine. He is survived by: his wife Josephine Mitchell Flora; his son David Richard Flora (Joy); his stepsons, Troy (Summer), Kyle and Eric; his sister Sue F. Martin (Algie); his nephews, Dan and Tim; and his niece Julie.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Evergreen Burial Park (1307 Summit Ave SW, Roanoke, VA 24015).
